
Talent Management Specialist

This HR Business Partner role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, and talent management.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven HR solutions that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance on employment law, labor regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Support change management efforts, helping employees adapt to organizational changes and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Analyze HR data to inform decisions, identify areas for improvement, and drive process enhancements that positively impact business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
- Omani candidates only.
- Strong strategic planning and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with data visualization is a bonus.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Cultural awareness; multilingual candidates are preferred.
