Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Muscat. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing strategies, creating engaging social media content, and driving digital marketing campaigns. This role involves monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and engagement on various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage daily social media content (posts, stories, reels) across all platforms.
  • Capture and edit professional photography and videography for product showcases, events, and promotions.
  • Create short video montages and promotional videos.
  • Design engaging graphics and marketing materials for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with brand goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, photography, videography, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other relevant editing software.
  • Strong creative storytelling and visual design skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
