Role Purpose

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Connectivity and Security Solutions Architect to join our Enterprise Product Development team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in security architecture and design, with a thorough understanding of industry security standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

This role involves working closely with enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize Fixed and security solutions that meet their unique needs. The candidate will also play a pivotal role in preparing business cases with a good understanding of commercial and pre-sales activities, vendor evaluations, and solution comparisons to ensure our offerings are best-in-class.

Identify, create, and manage business Fixed connectivity & security products revenues in line with the annual PD roadmap and business/market requirements. Manage all stages of the product development lifecycle.

  • Product Development / Business Solutions
  • Creating Product Mix with different Security Services, focusing on different customer requirements, standards & best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define security products.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and iterate based on data and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Security Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust security architectures for enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with standards like NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to relevant regulations such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR, and assist customers in maintaining compliance.
  • Integration of Security Technologies: Oversee the integration of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM, endpoint protection, DDoS mitigation, and more, to build comprehensive security solutions.
  • Cloud Security Architecture: Design and implement secure cloud architectures that are scalable and compliant, using platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Threat Modeling & Control Design: Use frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK to identify attack vectors and design mitigation controls.
  • Security Gap Analysis & Remediation: Conduct assessments to identify security gaps and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Vendor & Solution Evaluation: Evaluate and compare security vendors and solutions to recommend the best options.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand security needs and guide solution implementation.
  • Security Certification & Best Practices: Maintain knowledge of current certifications; CISSP or equivalent preferred.
  • Cost-Effective Security Design: Develop multiple security options considering cost, regulations, and infrastructure.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Support sales teams with technical expertise, workshops, proposals, and presentations.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product development, manage roadmaps, assess competition, and develop GTM strategies.
  • Revenue and Growth Management: Monitor product performance, ensure profitability, and develop retention strategies.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure products meet customer needs and maintain high experience standards.
  • Employee Engagement: Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Job Specifications

  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of Managed services SLA, QoS, CoS, and redundant solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of fixed business services (e.g., MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN, VPN, Ethernet, Data Security).
  • Understanding of Mobile & Emerging ICT solutions.
  • Knowledge of telecom and security services and solutions.
  • Business acumen with telco-commercial knowledge.
  • Experience in B2B Product Management and Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Marketing, sales, and technical knowledge.
  • Skills in reporting, data analysis, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
