Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies and proposals.
  2. Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or solutions.
  3. Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  4. Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing activities to promote products.
  5. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  6. Staying up-to-date with competitor activity and new technologies.
  7. Working closely with the engineering and product development teams to gather feedback and improve products.
  8. Tracking sales trends and reporting on key metrics to management.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365
  • Ability to prepare quotations
  • Knowledge of submitting quotations on online portals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Committed and career-oriented

Qualifications: BE, BBA, or MBA

Experience: 2 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Saturday to Thursday (9am to 5pm)

Training: 1-month training provided
