Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) to join our growing team in the construction industry. This role is critical in managing project costs, contracts, and ensuring financial efficiency from tendering to project completion.

  • Handle Pre-Tender activities including BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity take-off.
  • Manage Post-Tender processes such as contract administration, variations, and claims.
  • Prepare and review monthly invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Certify subcontractor invoices in line with contract agreements and project progress.
  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and provide accurate cost data for decision-making.
  • Assist in estimation and budgeting for new and ongoing projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in QS role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and billing procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
