  • Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends to provide informed financial advice.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the civil engineering sector, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Experience in working on large-scale infrastructure projects, showcasing both technical expertise and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and financial modelling tools relevant to quantity surveying.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of liaising with various stakeholders confidently.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
