Junior Field Sales Associate (Oman) — 1-Month Pilot (Extendable)

The Role (field-based)

Be the face of TPT in the market. You'll conduct in-person B2B visits across Greater Muscat (and nearby cities), targeting:

  • Food manufacturers
  • Bakeries, pastry & confectionery
  • Ice-cream producers
  • Wholesalers, distributors & repackers

Key Responsibilities

  • Book meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate sample drop-offs and follow-through.
  • Drive trial orders from lead to first collection, with TPT support.
  • Maintain simple pipeline updates (basic CRM/Excel).

What You Bring

  • Oman-based and field-ready; strong English (Arabic/Hindi a plus).
  • Confident in B2B outreach, in-person meetings, and diligent follow-ups.
  • Organized, responsive, and proactive about flagging risks/delays.
  • Legally eligible to work: You must already be Oman-based with a valid visa that allows this contract engagement. If extended, TPT will formalize the arrangement and discuss visa options.

Engagement Model (read carefully)

This is a 1-month contract pilot, extendable based on performance and mutual agreement. It is performance-based and involves routine out-of-pocket items (local travel/commute and phone/data).

In your application, please state:

  • Your expected fixed monthly cost (retainer) in OMR that covers your time and routine expenses.
  • Your proposed commission % on actual collections for accounts you open.
  • Final terms will be agreed before appointment.

Success Indicators (Month 1)

  • Clear progress with qualified leads and decision-maker meetings
  • Confirmed samples and trial orders
  • At least the first collection for new accounts
