Position Title: L1 Integration Platform Administrator

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Contract Type: One Year extendable

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for Windows systems and related software.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows operating systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on Windows servers and workstations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and system changes in a ticketing system.
  • Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
  • Collaborate with higher-level IT staff for escalated issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
  • Basic understanding of integration platforms, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis.
  • Knowledge of network concepts (e.g., DNS, IP, firewalls) and protocols.
  • Exposure to cloud-based platforms and technologies is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and general IT infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
