Technical Requirements:

The IT Server Administrator must have a strong technical background, with experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux and Windows servers, as well as managing user accounts, permissions, and system policies. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange email systems, knowledge of backup tools and disaster recovery practices, hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter, and familiarity with SAN and NAS storage technologies. Additionally, the candidate should have proficiency in Linux (RHEL/OpenSuse/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration, as well as scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell).
