Job Title: Organizational Change Manager

Job Location: Masqa, Oman

Experience: 5-8 Years

Role: End to end change management strategy design, planning, delivery, and support for one or multiple user impact projects assigned. Support department level change initiatives as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify key stakeholders, assess change readiness, and conduct change impact assessment to identify key impacts.
  2. Develop a change management strategy based on change history, scope and the groups being impacted by the change.
  3. Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
  4. Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
  5. Establish, equip, and deploy a sustainable Change Network.
  6. Deliver impactful communications to various user groups based on communication needs.
  7. Training design, manage training delivery and effectiveness measurement.
  8. Change KPI design, adoption measurement, monitoring and course correction.
  9. An end-to-end Change Management Support for a project will include:

Skills Required:
  1. Experience of working with a global Professional Services organization.
  2. A solid understanding of how people go through change.
  3. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Excellent active listening skills.
  6. Able to clearly articulate messages across a variety of audiences.
  7. Able to influence others and move them towards a common vision or goal.
  8. Able to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
  9. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and methodologies.
  10. Flexible and adaptable.
  11. Change Management certification desired.
Experience / Eligibility:
  1. Bachelor's degree required. Post Graduation or advanced degree in Human Resources / General Management / Organization Behavior area preferred.
  2. Candidate should have 5 to 8 years of Change Management experience.
  3. Candidate should have solid experience in Client facing roles.
