AFKAR Investment is seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you

As a Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring top-tier customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and addressing guest needs—especially regarding dietary allergies and preferences. You will also actively promote menu items through upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience.

1. Warmly welcome guests, guide them to their tables, and provide menus.
2. Offer menu recommendations, answer questions, and assist with dietary restrictions.
3. Accurately take and enter food & beverage orders into the POS system.
4. Serve food and drinks professionally while ensuring guest satisfaction.
5. Monitor guests' needs, handle special requests, and resolve any concerns.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
7. Process payments efficiently and handle transactions.
8. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff for order accuracy, especially for special dietary needs.
9. Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.
10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement.

1. 1-2 years of experience in fine dining or an upscale restaurant.
2. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
4. Knowledge of food service, with a focus on dietary allergies and restrictions.
5. Ability to upsell menu items effectively.
6. Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
