Job Description
  • Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and personalizing their dining experience in line with the restaurant's luxury standards.
  • Expertly present the menu, including detailed descriptions of dishes and wine pairings, to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring timely service during busy dining periods.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding menu changes, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
  • Handle guest complaints with professionalism and tact, striving for quick resolutions to uphold the restaurant's reputation.
  • Accurately process orders and payments using the restaurant's point-of-sale system, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 1-3 years of experience in upscale dining or fine dining establishments, demonstrating familiarity with high-end service protocols.
  • Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates holding a degree in hospitality or restaurant management.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, especially English and the primary language of the restaurant's clientele, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to guests and team members.
  • A polished appearance and professional demeanor are essential in representing the restaurant's upscale brand.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays, reflecting the physical demands of the role.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to cater to a diverse clientele, enhancing guest relations and comfort.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the menu and wine selections to provide informed recommendations.
