Job Description
  • Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support across the organization.
  • Manage the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Advise on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with Oman labor laws and pharmaceutical industry standards.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Lead talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support change management and organizational development efforts.
  • Use HR data to inform decisions and improve HR processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Omani candidates only.
  • Strong strategic planning and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with data visualization is a bonus.
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Cultural awareness; multilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset.
