Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR and Admin Manager to oversee all human resources and administrative operations for our company. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing our workforce, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment. This position is open exclusively to Omani citizens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full HR & Admin function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary procedures, payroll, employee relations, and policy development
- Ensure compliance with Omani labor laws and regulations
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage personnel files, contracts, visas, and documentation
- Manage all government-related administrative tasks, including visa processing, license renewals, personnel files and documentation
- Lead company policies, employee engagement, and training initiatives
- Coordinate with project sites for manpower planning and administrative support
- Utilize and manage the Sanad Services portal for various ministry and government transactions efficiently.
- Oversee office administration, including facilities management, procurement of office supplies, and supervision of the administrative staff.
- Support the management team with HR and administrative guidance and reporting.
- Other tasks as requested by Management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar HR and Admin Manager role.
- Proven experience working within a construction or civil engineering company is essential.
- Sanad Services: Demonstrable, hands-on experience using the Sanad Services portal for corporate and government-related transactions is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Omani Labour Law and HR best practices.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google workspace
