Job Description

To achieve sales objectives:

  • Sales target (Weekly, Monthly)
  • Category-wise target
  • Collections target
  • Visibility management to improve share of shelf and implement POSM
  • Numeric distribution in line with universe requirements
  • Route adherence 100% to journey plan, and achievement of daily productivity targets
