Responsibilities:
  1. Verantwortlich für die Kundenzufriedenheit durch Qualität des Service sowie durch regelmäßige, proaktive und präzise Kommunikation vor Ort (geschätzte Ankunftszeit, durchgeführte Arbeit usw.)
  2. Verantwortlich für die präzise Meldung durchgeführter Arbeiten in Echtzeit (auf Anlagenstufe), um die Genauigkeit von e-Optimum und Kundenbenachrichtigungen sicherzustellen.
  3. Verantwortlich für die Pflege hervorragender Beziehungen zu Kunden, Kontaktpersonen und Endbenutzern vor Ort, indem die Botschafter-Philosophie angewandt wird.
  4. Verantwortlich für Sicherheit und Leistung der Anlage.
  5. Verantwortlich für die Verwaltung der Standortumgebung während Servicearbeiten.
  6. Verantwortlich für die Ermittlung von Risiken am Standort und die Mitteilung dieser Risiken an den Teamleiter.
  7. Dafür verantwortlich, bei Feststellung eines hohen Risikos unverzüglich Maßnahmen am Standort zu ergreifen und das Eskalationsverfahren anzuwenden.
  8. Verantwortlich für die Ermittlung "ungeplanter" Servicereparaturen auf Grundlage von Anlagenerfordernissen; außerdem verantwortlich für die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort, um die Genehmigung zu erhalten, falls nicht vertraglich vereinbart, sowie für die Durchführung von Servicemaßnahmen.
  9. Verantwortlich für die Sicherheit von Endbenutzern und Standort.
  10. Verantwortlich für eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung.
  11. Verantwortlich für sichere Arbeitspraktiken und die Durchführung der Arbeiten gemäß Wartungs- und Sicherheitsvorschriften.
  12. Verantwortlich für die Durchführung der Servicebesuche (geplante Wartung, an Fahrten und Servicereparaturen) unter Berücksichtigung von Zeitplan und Zeitlimit (Anfahrt), der Qualitätsstandards, der zugewiesenen Zeit und der Prozesse.
  13. Verantwortlich für die effektive Planung seines Arbeitspensums in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceteamleiter.
  14. Verantwortlich für die Meldung von Sales Leads an den Teamleiter.
  15. Verantwortlich für die präzise und pünktliche Meldung der durchgeführten Arbeiten gemäß dem Prozess.
  16. Verantwortlich für die Einreichung der Arbeitszeiterfassungsbögen auf Grundlage der Durchführung.
  17. Verantwortlich für die Verwaltung seines Lagerbestands (Auffüllung des Lagerbestands, Lager, Bestandsverschiebung usw.), Ermittlung des benötigten Ersatzteils, Anforderung des Ersatzteils von seinem Teamleiter.
  18. Dafür verantwortlich, dass Servicewerkzeuge, Fahrzeug, Instrumente usw. gewartet werden und sich in einem einwandfreien und sicheren Zustand befinden.
  19. Trägt durch Feedback an die PCM-Organisation und seinen Teamleiter zu laufenden Verbesserung von Produkten, Verfahren und Sicherheit bei.
Führungskompetenz / Personalmanagement:
  1. Dafür verantwortlich, seinen Teamleiter regelmäßig mit aktuellen Informationen zu versorgen.
  2. Dafür verantwortlich, sich mit allen Aspekten des Aufzugs und der zugehörigen Technologie vertraut zu machen; ist verantwortlich für die Teilnahme an angebotenen Schulungen.
  3. Wird eventuell beauftragt, Schulungen/Coaching für vom Teamleiter benannte Personen zu erteilen.
