Customer Relationship Management
  1. Verantwoordelijk voor de klanttevredenheid door middel van de kwaliteit van de service en door regelmatige, proactieve en nauwgezette communicatie (aankomsttijd voor call outs, uitgevoerde taak, enz.).
  2. Verantwoordelijk voor de juiste rapportage in real time van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden (op het niveau van apparatuur) om te controleren of e-Optimum en meldingen van de klant werken.
  3. Verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van uitstekende relaties met de klanten, contactpersoon en eindgebruikers die op de installatieplaats aanwezig zijn door de rol van een Ambassadeur aan te nemen.
  4. Verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid en prestaties van de apparatuur.
  5. Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de werkplekomgeving tijdens de uitvoering van de services.
  6. Verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van risico op de werkplek en het doorgeven hiervan aan de leidinggevende.
  7. Verantwoordelijk voor het ondernemen van directe actie op de werkplek bij het identificeren van een groot risico en het toepassen van de escalatieprocedure.
  8. Verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van "ongeplande" servicereparaties op basis van de behoefte aan apparatuur, voor het opnemen van contact met de contactpersoon ter plekke, voor het verkrijgen van zijn/haar goedkeuring als dit niet wordt gedekt door het contract en voor het uitvoeren hiervan.
Service Operations
  1. Verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van de eindgebruikers en de bouwplaats.
  2. Verantwoordelijk voor een veilige werkomgeving.
  3. Verantwoordelijk voor veilige werkmethoden en het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden volgens de onderhouds- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  4. Verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de servicebezoeken (gepland onderhoud, call outs en servicereparaties), met respect voor het schema en de tijdsbeperkingen (call out), de kwaliteitsnormen, de toegewezen tijd en de processen.
  5. Verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt plannen van zijn of haar werkbelasting in samenwerking met de leidinggevende van de serviceafdeling.
  6. Verantwoordelijk voor het doorsturen van verkoopleads aan zijn of haar leidinggevende.
  7. Verantwoordelijk voor het exact en tijdig rapporteren van de werkzaamheden die volgens de procedures zijn uitgevoerd.
  8. Verantwoordelijk voor het indienen van roosters op basis van de uitvoering van werkzaamheden.
  9. Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de beschikbare voorraad (schappen, inventaris, voorraadoverdracht, enz.), de inventarisatie van de behoefte aan reserveonderdelen en het aanvragen van de reserveonderdelen bij de leidinggevende.
  10. Verantwoordelijk voor het bewaren van het servicegereedschap, de bus, de instrumenten, enz. op een veilige manier en het in een goede staat houden.
  11. Levert een bijdrage aan het voortdurend verbeteren van producten, methoden en veiligheid door feedback te geven aan de PCM-organisatie en aan de leidinggevende.
Leiderschap / People Management
  1. Verantwoordelijk voor regelmatig bijpraten van zijn of haar leidinggevende met alle relevante informatie.
  2. Verantwoordelijk voor het bekend zijn met alle aspecten van de lift- en soortgelijke technologie en verantwoordelijk voor het bijwonen van de training die wordt voorgesteld.
  3. Kan door de leidinggevende worden gevraagd om door de leidinggevende genomineerde personen te trainen en/of te coachen.
