Product Manager – Business Mobile

As the Product Manager Business Mobile, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of the Mobile Voice and Data product portfolio for business customers. Maintaining and controlling specifications for these products, taking customer concerns, business processes, organization, cost, and vendor product limitations into account. Manage cross-functional projects related to the assigned products and services. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include analyzing existing market insights and mandating new market research and competitive analysis as a basis for the positioning and design of a highly competitive product portfolio in your domain. You will be developing, maintaining, and controlling detailed specifications for products and services in your domain. You will also ensure that a comprehensive set of business rules, activation forms, welcome packs, price and product sheets, FAQs, etc. are available and up to date for your products and services.

Responsibilities shall also include the following:

  1. Working with peers to develop bundles
  2. Working with the technical teams to generate design documents and processes
  3. Coordinating implementation of products between network and IT, Customer Service, and suppliers to ensure a launch on time, within budget, and to specifications
  4. Performing Sales and Customer Service training (train the trainer)
  5. Providing input for user guides, user interfaces, etc.
  6. Conducting UAT to ensure all requirements from the user perspective are deployed
  7. Managing the go-to-market process
  8. Monitoring product performance in terms of uptake, usage, and customer satisfaction, and taking appropriate actions to further develop your products in terms of revenues and margins
  9. Proactively managing product lifecycle, taking an active role in making future business plans
  10. Having updated knowledge on competitor products and initiatives

To be considered, you must have a university degree. A minimum of 6 years of related working experience in the Telecom Industry is preferred, with at least 3 years of working experience in product development and management.
