Location: Salalah, Oman
Salary: $1700 per month

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our restaurant. You must have a passion for pastry making and be knowledgeable about different techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to menu specifications
- Develop new recipes and ideas for seasonal menus
- Ensure high-quality standards are met for all products
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, making orders as needed
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus and dishes
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely production of pastries for service
- Excellent communication skills to train staff effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
