Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of civil engineering design projects in our Muscat office. This role includes managing a range of projects—from specialized studies to major infrastructure developments. You will ensure timely, high-quality delivery, support cross-functional collaboration, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage civil engineering design projects, including transportation (roads, highways, bridges, traffic studies), water resources (dams, reservoirs, flood control), geotechnical (site investigations, foundations, slope stability), and coastal/marine (ports, harbors, coastal protection).
  2. Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  3. Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental teams, CAD technicians, and specialists.
  4. Collaborate with finance to track budgets, manage expenses, and invoicing.
  5. Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates and handling changes.
  6. Identify risks and apply mitigation strategies.
  7. Ensure compliance with standards, codes, regulations, and client specifications.
  8. Deliver concise reports and design documentation to the Head of Design and stakeholders.
  9. Promote teamwork and effective communication.
  10. Present clear project progress reports with documentation to the Head of Design Departments and stakeholders.
  11. Use project management tools to monitor workflows and documentation.
  12. Maintain organized project records.
