
Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager at Wall Street English, you will lead the sales team to achieve enrollment targets and drive business growth. You'll oversee the team's performance, develop strategies to improve lead conversion, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students throughout the sales process. Working closely with the Marketing and Service teams, you will play a key role in achieving the company's revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies to increase student enrollments.
- Track sales KPIs and provide accurate reporting to management.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through effective consultations and follow-ups.
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure timely updates.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales management, preferably in education, training, or service industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
