Required Qualification: Mechanical engineering or any vocational training certificate.

Job Details
  • For drivers, a driver Visa will be provided, and they need to have a valid driving license.
  • Any GCC license can be converted (preferably Oman license).
  • The joining ticket for workers will not be provided, only for staff.
  • Working Hours: Normal duty hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with the possibility of more hours as per work requirements.
  • Weekend Holidays: Only Fridays.
  • Overtime: Workers in this category are entitled to overtime hours.
  • Accommodation for workers is provided by the company; for staff, it depends on whether their HRA is included in gross or provided by the company.
  • Transportation is provided by the company.
  • Medical Facility: Provided as per company policy; insurance provided as per company policy.
  • Gratuity: Provided as per Oman labor law.
  • Annual Leave (Staff Category): 30 days paid leave with a ticket to the hometown on completion of 12 months continuous service.
  • Annual Leave (Worker Category): After one year, 30 days paid leave with 50% of the ticket booked; after two years, 60 days paid leave with 100% of the ticket paid.
