We are seeking an experienced Heavy Trucks Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle sales operations in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in heavy trucks sales, deep understanding of the Omani market, and strong customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the heavy trucks segment.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with fleet operators, government clients, and private sector buyers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and aftersales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling heavy trucks in Oman (Oman market experience is mandatory).
  • Strong network within the transportation, logistics, and construction sectors in Oman.
  • Valid Omani driving license is required.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
