We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynatrace Technical Administrator to join our organization.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering Dynatrace for enterprise-level applications, with a strong understanding of Dynatrace architecture and deployment strategies.

Key responsibilities include architecting Dynatrace SaaS solutions with On-Prem active gates and synthetic gates implementation, ensuring proper deployment of Dynatrace agents, and resolving any issues that may arise.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace monitoring solutions for application and infrastructure performance management.

This includes configuring tags, service detection, attribute configuration, and implementing SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.

Advanced dashboard creation using matrices, preferably in Gen-3 version, is also a critical aspect of this role.

Furthermore, the candidate will configure IBM-WAS, WebLogic, Jboss, IBM-MQ, JMS, and load balancing with Dynatrace for advanced monitoring.

Synthetic monitoring and developing application and service dashboards in Dynatrace are also key responsibilities.

Additionally, the candidate will configure notebooks using DQL & DPL, develop workflows to automate tasks, and create alerts using Gen-3 platform tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in administering Dynatrace for enterprise applications and 10+ years in large IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynatrace architecture, deployment strategies, and experience in configuring tags, services, SLIs/SLOs.
  • Expertise in creating dashboards and visualization techniques, preferably in Gen-3 environment.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation using Python and NodeJS.
  • Experience integrating Dynatrace with IBM-WAS, Weblogic, Jboss, IBM-MQ, and JMS.
  • Dynatrace certification is a plus.
