Sales & Reservations Executive – Yacht & Dive Charters

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Reservations Executive to handle trip sales, manage agency relationships, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate will have experience in diving or yachting sales, a strong network in the diving industry, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our yacht charters, dive trips, and packages to individual clients, dive clubs, and travel agencies.
  • Manage reservations from inquiry to final payment, ensuring smooth client communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dive centers, tour operators, and corporate partners.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and update sales reports, booking calendars, and client records.
  • Attend dive and travel shows or industry events when required.
  • Provide after-sales follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure accurate trip logistics and guest requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in diving, liveaboard, or travel industry.
  • Knowledge of diving destinations and PADI programs (PADI certification is an advantage but not required).
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in email communication, CRM systems, and online booking platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Competitive base salary + commission on sales.
  • Accommodation & transportation provided in Musandam.
  • Annual paid leave and return air ticket.
