Your Role:

As the Head of Supply Chain, you will lead and integrate all supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, inventory, and contract management. You will ensure timely, cost-effective operations aligned with regulatory standards and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain and contracts strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and contract administration functions.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and manage supply chain risks.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team across purchasing, logistics, and contracts.
  • Optimize inventory levels and logistics to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and ensure contract compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in supply chain and contract management, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement, logistics, and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain tools.
  • Fluency in English.
