
Manager, People Advisory

This role supports and manages relationships with employees within specific client groups, working closely with the Senior PABP to handle all people-related matters. The manager will independently oversee certain divisions, focusing on initiatives like Performance Management, L&D, Rewards & Recognition, and Employee Engagement, while providing reports and analysis. Coordination with internal functions and participation in bank-wide programs are also key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering & Employee Engagement: Build meaningful relationships, assist in staffing, onboarding, exit interviews, and support engagement activities. Address grievances, guide on restructuring, workforce planning, and labor law compliance. Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
- MIS & Policy Management: Manage HR data requests, maintain employee records, review policies, and ensure compliance across locations.
- Rewards & Recognition: Oversee recognition budgets, process issuance requests, and manage programs like iValue.
- Performance Management: Support the management of performance reviews, goal setting, and training completion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5-7 years HR experience at operational and strategic levels
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and influencing skills
- Knowledge of banking/financial services industry is advantageous
- Customer-focused with leadership experience in matrix organizations
- International HR practices knowledge preferred
