Job Purpose:

To administer and manage the organization's compensation and benefits role, ensuring they are competitive, compliant with regulations, and aligned with company policies to attract, motivate, and retain talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation structures and benefit programs.
  • Ensuring salary structures and benefits are in line with market standards and organizational budget.
  • Maintain and update employee compensation records in the HR system.
  • Manage monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the annual salary review, bonus, and incentive programs.
  • Handle employee queries related to salaries, benefits, insurance, and pensions.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and other benefit vendors to manage employee benefits efficiently.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on compensation and benefit trends.
  • Assist with job evaluations and salary benchmarking exercises.
  • Ensure compliance with Omani labor law and internal company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits.
  • Handle all the SPF payments in an efficient manner.
  • Responsible on leave data of all employees.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
Good knowledge of Omani labor law and compensation best practices.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Confidentiality and integrity.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and power point.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
