Compensation and Benefits Officer Job Description

The Compensation and Benefits Officer is responsible for administering and managing the organization's compensation and benefits role to ensure they are competitive, compliant with regulations, and aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in designing, implementing, and administering compensation structures and benefit programs.
  2. Ensure salary structures and benefits are in line with market standards.
  3. Maintain and update employee compensation records in the HR system.
  4. Manage monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. Support the annual salary review, bonus, and incentive programs.
  6. Handle employee queries related to salaries, benefits, insurance, and pensions.
  7. Liaise with insurance providers and other benefit vendors to manage employee benefits efficiently.
  8. Prepare regular reports and analysis on compensation and benefit trends.
  9. Assist with job evaluations and salary benchmarking exercises.
  10. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
  11. Support internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits.
  12. Handle leave data of all employees.
