Responsibilities:
  1. Prepares coffees, teas, and other drinks for guests following prescribed recipes and techniques.
  2. Ensures beverages are prepared according to standards, maintaining quality when served.
  3. Sells and serves baked goods and other foods.
  4. Uses the cash register to take orders and process payments with guests.
  5. Follows property control audit standards and cash handling procedures.
  6. Is knowledgeable about the menu and products served in the outlet.
  7. Maintains the workplace according to hygiene and safety standards.
  8. Notifies management of potential safety hazards.
  9. Clears and cleans surfaces and tables.
  10. Assists management in improving service by providing ideas, feedback from guests and colleagues, and attending departmental meetings.
Additional duties:
  1. Prepares the workplace before shifts and cleans the workspace at the end of shifts.
  2. Ideally has 2-3 years of similar experience.
  3. Experience working in a 4/5-star hotel.
  4. Possesses any certificate in Food & Beverage.
