Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Waiter at Sai Palace Hotel, located in Muscat. The Waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and assisting in the setup and breakdown of dining areas. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and ensure their needs are met promptly.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Food & Beverage and Food Service skills
  • Basic knowledge of Cooking is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
