We are seeking skilled Food and Beverage Service professionals to join our team in Oman. In this role, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly, efficient service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable time at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant or dining area, setting the tone for a pleasant experience.
  2. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the Point of Sale system, ensuring seamless execution.
  3. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  4. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and effectively, fostering a positive atmosphere.
  5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and at the right temperature, guaranteeing quality service.
  6. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and daily specials to enhance the dining experience, showcasing your expertise.
  7. Process payments and handle cash in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations, throughout the shift, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in a similar environment is highly desirable.
  2. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service, exceeding guest expectations.
  5. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, adapting to changing needs.
  7. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues when needed, promoting a collaborative environment.
