Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Engineer located in Muscat. The Contract Engineer will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts related to various infrastructure projects. Duties include evaluating contractual terms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with different project teams, and monitoring contract performance. The role demands close collaboration with clients, project managers, and legal teams to facilitate effective project execution and contractual integrity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in contract management and negotiation
  • Knowledge of regional regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Professional certification in Contract Management will be an advantage
  • Experience in the Utilities, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas sectors is a plus
