Cost Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our consult business, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality cost management services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate cost databases and conducting market research.

  • Ensuring the delivery of cost models, plans, estimates, and bills with precision and accuracy.

  • Preparing cost benchmarks using digital and traditional methods, presenting effectively to clients.

  • Maintaining leadership and management experience with large, diverse teams.

  • Awareness of carbon and sustainability impacts on projects.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in the Middle East.

  • MRICS or relevant professional membership.

  • A degree in quantity surveying or cost management.

  • Leadership and management experience with large, diverse teams.

  • Awareness of carbon and sustainability impacts on projects.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
