Key Engineering Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of skilled software engineers in implementing and operating cutting-edge software solutions.

As an engineering manager, you will provide guidance and support to your team members, helping them to grow and develop in their careers.

You will also play a key role in driving innovation and improvement across the organization, identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes and designs.

  • Develop and operate multiple engineering teams that collaborate closely with other teams within the company.
  • Work on high-impact areas such as contracts service, JAAS/Identity/Livepatch, data lake and SAAS integration, and integration with public clouds.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to deliver results and meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience as a software developer in a high-level language.
  • Experience as a hands-on engineering manager or team lead.
  • Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
