Job Title: Senior Jira Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Jira Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the Atlassian stack, including administration, configuration, automation, and integration responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the entire Atlassian Cloud ecosystem
  • Designing, documenting, and implementing processes and automation in Jira
  • Designing, documenting, and implementing integrations between Jira and the data warehouse
  • Creating analytical dashboards to enable stakeholders make data-driven decisions
  • Creating learning resources that scale

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of Atlassian Jira and its ecosystem as an administrator
  • Experience with common Jira usage patterns for various technical and non-technical departments
  • Proficiency in Python programming language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
  • Ability to collaborate remotely with a diverse set of team members and stakeholders, remain highly motivated, productive, and organized in a fully remote environment
