
Chief Operations Manager

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and improve the condition of all building systems, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Safeguard guests and staff by enforcing safety protocols and responding to emergencies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize performance and reduce costs.
About You:
- You have advanced vocational training and at least four years of experience in general building maintenance and/or construction.
- You possess specialized expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields, with certifications such as Level 3 EPA Certification and HVAC refrigeration certificate.
- You are a skilled communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
