Senior Sales Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to maximize sales and revenue growth through agents and distributors.

  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers and identify market changes to develop effective responses.
  • Supervise order status follow-up and resolve customer queries in collaboration with technical and project teams.
  • Coordinate metal bookings at the London Metal Exchange based on sales orders, working closely with finance.
  • Manage payment follow-ups with finance and logistics departments to ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support Service department to issue sales orders and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers, consultants, and contractors.
  2. Evaluate market potential and competitive influences in assigned territories.
  3. Negotiate cost-effective contracts with selected customers, companies, and agents.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing, or Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, or Economics.
  • Strong networking ability, excellent time management skills, marketing and selling skills, and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills, proficiency in MS Office, and report writing tools.
