Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced project leader to oversee the day-to-day supervision and coordination of all project activities. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, leading high-performing teams, and delivering results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day supervision and coordination of all project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, designers, and authorities to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor progress and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Oversee quality assurance and control across all disciplines, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage risk, change orders, and claims reviews, mitigating potential issues and optimizing project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations on site, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Lead progress and coordination meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Review contractor submittals and deliverables, ensuring they meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Support commissioning and final handover processes, ensuring a smooth transition to the client.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • 15+ years of experience, including 5+ in theme park or entertainment developments.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent numerical and communication skills.
