Job Title: Experienced Cost Controller
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled cost controller to lead the preparation and management of detailed cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary limits throughout the project lifecycle.
- This role will involve implementing and maintaining effective cost control systems, ensuring all expenditures are documented and align with project budgets.
- The successful candidate will prepare and present financial reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
About the Role:
- To succeed in this position, you will require a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the commercial and residential construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the preparation and management of detailed cost estimates to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary limits.
- Implementing and maintaining effective cost control systems to document and track expenditures.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in commercial and residential construction.
- Proven track record of leading cost estimation and control projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Able to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
