Sales Leadership Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team. As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through key accounts and managing sales teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue.
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to deliver results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of mobile phone sales experience, with at least 3 years of key account sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
