About Jumeirah Muscat Bay:

A five-star resort located in a secluded cove, nestled between the Al Hajar Mountains and the Gulf of Oman. The resort features 195 rooms and suites with spectacular ocean views, including ten opulent summerhouses and villas featuring private plunge pools and private beach access.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and empowering front desk colleagues, team leaders, and managers through coaching and mentoring.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and configuration of the Opera system, ensuring correct input standards and adherence to selling strategies.
  • Maintaining high levels of service quality through guest satisfaction reports, feedback analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Handling guest complaints and feedback in accordance with company standards, ensuring proper recording and resolution.
  • Preparing departmental budgets and implementing measures to achieve or exceed targets, working in partnership with other departments to meet guest needs while optimizing resources.
  • Collaborating with guest services, reservations, sales, and housekeeping departments to ensure guest needs are met and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Detailed orientated approach to work.
