Identity and Access Management Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Software Engineering Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role will be responsible for building high-performing Go and Python services and secure identity and access management solutions that will be used across all company products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing software engineering team to deliver complex, distributed systems
- Design and implement scalable software architectures using container technology and Kubernetes
- Ensure the security and performance of software and infrastructure
- Collaborate with upstream open source projects and internal teams to drive innovation
- Proven experience leading a software engineering team to achieve business objectives
- Expertise in Go and Python software development and deployment
- Strong understanding of software security and performance principles
- Knowledge of identity and access management technologies and standards is desirable
- Exceptional academic track record and professional written and spoken English
