Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional guest experiences. As a strategic business leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales activities and coach the sales team to deliver their full potential
  • Hitting personal and team sales goals to help maximize profitability
  • Create and implement sales plans that drive results
  • Produce and review monthly reports to monitor performance
  • Lead marketing efforts to up-sell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in marketing or a related field
  • Four or more years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
  • Must speak local language(s)
  • Other languages preferred
