Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Coordinator to assist in all activities leading to the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statement production. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting procedures and policies, as well as excellent communication skills to coordinate with professionals from other functions or external bodies.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. They will also possess excellent personal presentation and grooming skills, as well as the ability to develop effective relationships with management, staff, and clients.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the compilation of the annual budget, plans, and performance reports, supporting the execution of payment and following up on invoicing and receivables, and performing various reconciliation activities. The Accounts Coordinator will also be responsible for researching and resolving customer problems related to billing and payment, verifying and recording business transactions, and providing input to reports and correspondence as required.
