Job Description:
A Financial Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audit preparations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting procedures and policies, as well as excellent communication skills to coordinate with professionals from other functions or external bodies.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. They will also possess excellent personal presentation and grooming skills, as well as the ability to develop effective relationships with management, staff, and clients.

The role involves performing various reconciliation activities, managing cash and bank funds, and ensuring sufficient funds are available for daily operations. The Financial Administrator will also be responsible for researching and resolving customer problems related to billing and payment, verifying and recording business transactions, and providing input to reports and correspondence as required.
