A seasoned DevOps professional is needed to design, implement and manage cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to support high-availability banking applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DevOps practices, security compliance and collaboration.

  • Infrastructure & Cloud Management
  • Cloud Infrastructure Design: Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for high-availability banking systems.
  • Automation Frameworks: Implement automation frameworks using Terraform, Ansible or other tools.
  • Cost Optimization: Optimize cloud costs while ensuring performance and reliability.

Key Skills:

  • 9-12 years of DevOps/SRE experience, including 3+ years in banking/financial services.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
  • Strong understanding of security principles, including vulnerability management, penetration testing and compliance frameworks.
  • Databases: SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory systems (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset and leadership experience guiding DevOps transformations.
