Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall project execution, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain smooth project progress.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and other team members.
  • Serve as primary liaison between client, consultants, and contractor.
  • Track project budgets, identify cost overruns, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained, filed, and accessible.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • English proficiency, both written and verbal.
