Corporate Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Account Manager to join our team in Dhofar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing corporate sales accounts, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and alignment with enterprise business goals.

About the Role

The Corporate Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue from these accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to drive loyalty and retention.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Dhofar.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue from corporate accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets for the Dhofar region.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with corporate clients.
  • Address and resolve client issues in coordination with internal departments.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with corporate policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 0-3 years in sales or a related field.
