Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Sales Role Overview
To drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction, this role is responsible for managing corporate sales accounts in Dhofar. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to develop tailored sales strategies that meet the needs of our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Dhofar through regular communication and account management activities.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue from corporate accounts by analyzing market trends and client needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive loyalty and retention by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues that may arise.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably with a background in business development or account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
